Gen 3 Roofing acted as the general contractor in this project that required non-structural work. During the project, it was discovered that a large percentage of the 300 solar panels that were removed and reinstalled had not been producing electricity. Gen 3 Roofing ensured that the solar panels were properly reinstalled and produced electricity, which resulted in enormous and immediate energy cost savings for the church. Working closely with the public adjuster, this project involved 34,000 square feet of shingles and 10,000 square feet of flat roof which tripled in scope prior to completion.
