Located just blocks from the Colorado state capitol building, Gen 3 Roofing had to take precautions to ensure that the integrity of this building, dating back to 1903, was not compromised. Relieving the structure of an enormous load, thousands of pounds of existing roofing from decades of reroofing projects had to be painstakingly removed and disposed of while the hostel remained at full capacity. Lightweight insulation and roofing was installed by Gen 3 Roofing, thereby helping preserve this local landmark for generations.
