After a massive hail storm rolled through Denver and damaged the genuine Cedar Shakes on the roofs of the Denver west business park, Gen 3 Roofing and another roofing contractor were called in to tackle the project. Desiring a more durable roofing material to combat hail prone Denver, the DaVinci Roofscapes Composite Belaforte Shake was chosen for its durability since it is both Class 4 impact resistant and class a fire rated. an accelerated installation schedule meant that crews had to battle the frigid Denver winter.
