Nestled in a small Colorado mountain town, the pine community church was not confident about the roofing contractor initially chosen for the project. On personal recommendation, Gen 3 Roofing was brought on the scene.
Initially, the church was deemed a small repair that would be less than the church’s insurance deductible. This quickly turned in to a full roof replacement and upgrade in asphalt shingle product after working closely with the church’s insurance company. Gen 3 Roofing determined that the best way to ensure the longevity of the church’s roof was to actually lift the iconic steeple, roof under the steeple, and reattach the steeple.
