In 2014 we formally incorporated as Gen 3 Roofing Corporation, cementing our commitment to family-driven craftsmanship and long-term client relationships. Today, with our fourth generation now joining the team, we remain one of the region's most trusted roofing contractors. Not because we chase trends, but because we have earned trust the old-fashioned way: through decades of dependable service.
What sets us apart is continuity. We still maintain and re-roof the same commercial complexes and buildings we have serviced since the early 1970s. Meet the team
Cameron Hummell
Cameron Hummell is the current CEO of Gen 3 Roofing Corp., a third-generation family roofing company serving the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs since 1968. Before roofing, Cameron played college football, ran a $400 million home-building site as superintendent over 200-plus subcontractors, served as regional sales director for a construction products manufacturer, and built a multi-million dollar windshield replacement company that he scaled to five states before selling it.
That background drives how he leads Gen 3 today: systems-driven, growth-focused, and customer-obsessed. Cameron is now scaling Gen 3 toward $50 million in annual revenue.
He lives in Franktown, Colorado with his wife Christi and their four children, and spends his free time chasing adventure: motocross, water sports, and beach trips with his family.
William H. Luden III
Most recently, Mr. Luden was Chairman of the Board of ARI (NASDAQ: ARIS) while the company earned re-listing on NASDAQ, rising from $0.70 a share to $7.10 in five years before it was sold.
Earlier in his career he served as CEO of the InfoSystems and Cellular One divisions of Pacific Telesis, and owned Crisman Audio Vision, a chain of high-end stereo retail stores in the Rocky Mountain area. Mr. Luden is a graduate of the Stanford Directors' College.
He enjoys spending time with his family, often traveling to be with the more distant members, and biking and hiking with his Standard Poodle. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Aaron Campbell
As Director of Operations, Aaron keeps every project running smoothly, from the first inspection to the final nail. A Colorado native with over 12 years in roofing and construction, he has seen just about everything Front Range weather can throw at a roof, residential or commercial. Whether it is a family's home or a large commercial property, he brings that experience to making sure every client gets honest answers, quality craftsmanship, and a process that is as stress-free as possible.
When he is not coordinating crews or walking a job site, Aaron is usually somewhere in the mountains with his family: hiking, camping, or standing knee-deep in a river with a fly rod in hand. He will tell you there is no better place to live and work than Colorado, and no better feeling than a job done right.
Dawson Hummell
Dawson oversees the end-to-end execution of residential roofing projects across the Front Range. From building accurate orders and scheduling crews to managing daily job-site flow and solving challenges as they arise, he keeps every project running smoothly and efficiently. He thrives on collaboration, working closely with a team of dedicated professionals who share his commitment to doing things right the first time.
A Colorado native with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous improvement, Dawson brings reliability, clear communication, and problem-solving to every job, while keeping projects on track and holding the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
When he is not on the job, you will find Dawson ripping trails on his dirt bike, fishing Colorado's lakes and rivers, or out on another adventure with his wife, friends, and family.
