Storm damage restored, paperwork included.
After hail or high wind, we inspect every slope, document the damage, work with your adjuster, and restore the roof, gutters, and siding to pre-storm condition.
The Front Range is hail country.
Colorado's Front Range is one of the most hail-prone regions in the United States, and storm cells coming off the Palmer Divide run straight through Centennial, Aurora, Parker, and Castle Rock. Most of the roofs we replace were not worn out. They were hit.
Hail damage is hard to see from the ground. Look for dented gutters and downspouts, bruised or cracked shingles, granules collecting at the downspout outlets, and damaged window screens, siding, or AC fins. If you see any of those, the roof likely has more.
We inspect for free, mark and photograph every hit, and measure the roof. If the damage exceeds your deductible, we walk you through filing and meet the adjuster on the roof. If it does not, we say so and quote the repair. Either way you leave with documentation.

Storm Damage Restoration questions
Within a few weeks. Policies set their own deadline for reporting storm damage, and the longer a damaged roof sits, the more likely a leak turns into interior damage that is harder to claim.
Out-of-state plates, a door knock within hours of the storm, pressure to sign an agreement before an inspection, and no local address. Gen 3 has been at 6970 S Holly Circle in Centennial and will be here for your warranty.
Weather claims are generally treated differently from at-fault claims, but every carrier and policy is different. Ask your agent. We can tell you what the damage is worth so you can decide.
Yes. Hail rarely hits only the roof. We restore the whole exterior under one scope and one contractor.
Let's look at your roof.
Call or send a few details. We will schedule the inspection and put a real number on it.
