The roof you install once.
Standing seam and metal panel roofs for Front Range homes, mountain properties, and commercial buildings. Longer life, better in hail and snow, and a look that fits Colorado.
Forty years of roof, not twenty.
Metal roofs in Colorado last 40 to 50 years or more, roughly twice the life of asphalt. They shed snow, resist hail better than any shingle, do not support moss or algae, and reflect summer heat at altitude. For a home you plan to keep, or a building where re-roofing means downtime, the math usually favors metal.
We install standing seam panels with concealed fasteners for residential and architectural work, and exposed-fastener metal panels where budget or building type calls for it. Panel profile, gauge, and finish are chosen for your roof pitch, snow load, and the look you want.
Metal is also our answer for mountain and foothills properties, new construction, and steep roofs where snow retention and ice management matter. We design snow guards, valleys, and flashing details for Colorado conditions, not for a generic spec sheet.

Metal Roofing questions
Not on a home with a solid deck, underlayment, and attic insulation. The drum effect people remember is from uninsulated barns and sheds.
Sometimes, depending on code and the condition of the deck. We usually recommend a tear-off so the deck can be inspected, but we will tell you if an overlay makes sense.
Many carriers treat metal favorably for hail. Discounts vary, so ask your agent. We supply product documentation.
More up front, usually two to three times the cost of a standard shingle roof. Over 40 years it is often the cheaper roof. We quote both so you can compare.
