When the roof is open, we come now.
Wind, hail, falling trees, or an ice dam pushing water inside: we deploy tarping and temporary protection fast, then schedule the permanent repair.
Stop the water first. Then fix the roof.
An open roof does more damage per hour than almost anything else that can happen to a building. Insulation soaks, drywall sags, and electrical gets wet. Our emergency crews cover the opening with secured tarps or temporary membrane the same day, for homes and commercial buildings across the Denver Metro.
Winter brings its own emergencies. Ice dams at the eaves back meltwater under shingles and into the wall. We relieve the dam, stop the active leak, and come back when it is dry to fix the ventilation and insulation gap that caused it.
Once the building is dry, we document the damage for your insurance claim if the event is covered, and schedule the permanent repair or replacement. The emergency visit and the permanent fix are the same company, so nothing falls between.

Yes. We carry membrane and sealants for TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofs and can patch or temporarily waterproof most commercial systems.
Move belongings away from the leak, put a bucket under drips, and poke a small hole in a sagging drywall bubble to release the water before it spreads. Do not go on the roof.
