Typical repairs include missing or wind-lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots, failed step and chimney flashing, nail pops, satellite mount holes, and storm damage to a single slope. On flat and low-slope roofs we patch membrane, reseal seams and penetrations, and address ponding.
We match materials to your existing roof so the repair does not announce itself from the street, and every repair carries a workmanship warranty. If the roof is near the end of its life, we tell you that too, with the numbers for both options.
