Just off of I-70, this high visibility warehouse roof was replaced between tenants. Reconstruction of I-70 presented some mobilization and logistical challenges. Gen 3 Roofing installed new decking, insulation, TPO membrane, metal parapet wall cap. Frequently on-site, the building’s owner was impressed with Gen 3 Roofing’s management of the project.
