Aurora is big, and hail does not hit it evenly. A storm can shred roofs in Saddle Rock, Tallyn's Reach, and Southlands along E-470 and leave the north side alone, or track along I-70 through Murphy Creek. We inspect house by house, not by zip code, and tell you honestly whether yours was hit.

Southeast Aurora's newer subdivisions were largely built in the 2000s and 2010s, which means a lot of original builder-grade roofs reaching the end of their life at the same time, often with hail damage layered on top. Class 4 impact-resistant shingles are the right replacement for this part of the Front Range, and many carriers discount for them.

Aurora also has the metro's largest concentration of multi-family communities and HOAs. We roof townhome and apartment communities at scale, stage by crane, coordinate around residents, and provide the documentation boards and management companies need.

Whatever the property, the process is the same: a complimentary inspection, a written scope, adjuster coordination if it is a claim, and a roof, gutters, and siding restored under one contractor.
