With over two decades of experience, Todd has been successfully leading residential and commercial construction projects for most of his career, with roots as a skilled electrician, and owner of a successful electrical and remodel businesses. His skills in coordinating efforts among larger teams will lend itself well to heading Gen 3’s commercial projects, while carefully and skillfully managing expectations and project deliverables. His proudest career accomplishment to date is a $2.7 billion dollar remodel of the Aria hotel in Las Vegas.
A Colorado native, you will find Todd enjoying his hours outside the office, golfing, camping, riding ATVs, or watching his 8-year old son play football.
