A wrap up of our 25,000 SF flat roof warehouse project. Gen 3 Roofing removed a built up tar and gravel roof, installed new decking over spaced decking, installed I. S. O. insulation with an R-value of 30, and then finally installed a T. P. O. membrane manufactured by G. A. F. (General Aniline & Film) followed by a steel cap on the parapet wall.
